Water is needed to carry out body functions, remove waste, and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Since we lose water daily through urine, bowel movements, perspiration, and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake. 2. Get enough sleep :  When you don’t rest well, you compensate by eating more. Usually, it’s junk food. Get enough rest and you don’t need to snack to stay awake. Also, lack of sleep causes premature aging and you don’t want that! 3. Exercise Daily :  Movement is life. Research has shown that exercising daily brings  tremendous benefits   to our health , including an increase in lifespan, lowering of risk of diseases, higher bone density, and weight loss. year 2022..... Toyota will almost certainly be bringing a new hot hatch to the United States — we’re just not exactly sure what it’ll look like. The brand hasn’t officially confirmed anything about a future performance compact, but thumbing through the Toyota website, there’s a placeholder for a “GR Hot Hatch” under the “Upcoming Vehicles” tab. Investigating further, you’ll find a landing page that shows a  Yaris -based performance hatchback. However, a message on the same page says we  won’t  be getting that vehicle, but a completely different version specifically for us. The hot hatch will likely be a souped-up version of the Corolla, which would compete properly with offerings from pretty much every other brand.  The Honda Civic ,  Hyundai Veloster  and  Volkswagen Golf  have all had performance variants for years, now well-regarded in the performance hatchback community.

China denies that it concealed the early spread of the virus. The Chinese government on Sunday strongly defended its handling of the coronavirus, pushing back at criticism that officials had suppressed early reports of the outbreak and contending instead that China had set a strong example for how to combat it. A top Chinese official said at a news conference in Beijing that the government and state news media had provided early, timely and extensive information since the first cases appeared in Hubei Province late last year. Renowned radio and television anchor Tariq Aziz passed away in Lahore on Wednesday, his family confirmed. He was 84. Aziz was born in Jalandhar on April 28, 1936 . After partition, his family migrated to Pakistan and settled in Sahiwal, where he received his primary education. He started his career with Radio Pakistan in the 1960s and later went on to become Pakistan's first television host. His programme Neelam Ghar — later named Tariq Aziz Show — started in 1974 on Pakistan Television and continued for four decades. He was also a poet , actor and performed in several radio and television programmes as well as in films. His first film,  Insaniyat , was released in 1967. Other notable titles he acted in include  Salgirah ,  Qasam Us Waqt Ki ,  Katari  and  Har Gaya Insan . A cheap and widely available drug can help save lives of patients seriously  ill with corona virus. 💛 The low-dose steroid treatment dexamethason is a major breakthrough in the fight against the deadly virus, UK experts say. The drug is part of  the world's biggest trial testing existing treatments  to see if they also work for corona virus. It cut the risk of death by a third for patients on ventilators. For those on oxygen, it cut deaths by a fifth. Had the drug had been used to treat patients in the UK from the start of the pandemic, up to 5,000 lives could have been saved, researchers say.
